Complete every Practice, Qualifying, and Race session in every round in a Career Championship
Not as daunting as it may sound, straight after you've finished your first season in Tier 8 (Go Karts) you will be invited to a race in Brands Hatch (it states that invitations are dependent on performances, so not sure if you need to have won every race or not) and as part of that you'll be able to take part in Practice, Qualifying and Race.
Take part in all three and the achievement will pop.
